I made another batch of homemade mayonnaise today. I am a l33t c00k!

Then I made Tuna Helper. I am a typical bachelor loser.

But I cleaned my kitchen afterwards, and I have tomorrow's lunch in tupperware.

Wow. Your own mayo.

It qualifies for cooking if you do somthing with the tuna helper that is not strictly according to the box.

I've done some really strange things to Mac and Cheese. oh, and I try not to follow the recipe if I can help it, usually because I don't have any milk lying around.

So what do you do with Mac and Cheese?

I've tried adding the nuclear cheese to other kinds of pasta than what they include in the box.

Fry up some bacon, not quite crispy, and cut it up small. Measure out the grease to substitute for (some of the) butter in the mac and cheese. Put the grease back in the skillet and wilt some chopped fresh spinach in it. Alternatively, boil up some peas together with the macaroni. Mix it all together and voila!

That's been my motto for cooking for a while now, too. :) Funny, I was looking at a cookbook some church in our town put together for a fundraiser, and a good number of the recipes seem to be simply adding things to cake mixes and/or Jello. Good stuff, though. :)

Bachelor food...

Tuna Helper? Hwarf!

Then again, considering that the period of time between moving out of my parents' house and moving in with Christi was precisely twelve minutes and forty-two-point-eight seconds ...

Consider me spoiled. ^_^
