unbibiumI've been seeing ads for LiveLinks, one of those phone chat lines where one can allegedly meet singles. I haven't called because they don't mention how much it costs, so I suspect their business model is really really shady.
Does anyone have experience with these lines?
I do remember calling some party chat line in the 90's, run by the same guy who gave us the voice BBS Phone Vision. I think I was in too withdrawn a state of mind to pass judgment on the experience, but it was pretty much the same crowd that called Phone Vision. It was part of a large network of friends who happened to have lots of expensive phone equipment. I don't know whether romance ever blossomed through it. Some of the girls who called up and read poetry may have hooked up.
