unbibiumA few summers ago, I bought a little cloth neck cooler filled with gel pellets. You soaked it in water until the pellets swelled up and became soft, tied it around your neck, and it kept your neck cool.
1. What are those things called?
2. Where can I buy another one?
3. How do I clean it?
The one I have left over is filthy, and the stitching that keeps the gel in the center has worn out, so some of it keeps ending up at the ends.
