That must be why, this morning, I saw an ad for the Arizona Lottery's new Pac-Man scratch-and-win game.
You'll know it when you see it. It starts with twenty solid seconds of random Americans saying "WAKA WAKA WAKA" in an empty room in various ways. Way to promote the brand, Namco!
