3. Don Juan (he had to impersonate a woman here too).

I remember a running-themed triple-bill in high school of Logan's Run, Silent Running, and Bladerunner. Also, for the theme of "eponymous title character runs around mostly naked in post-apocalyptic world," Barbarella and Zardoz.

While Zardoz was, strictly speaking, naked, I think more people were interested in Sean Connery's fake chest hair than the physique of a giant stone head. I could be wrong.

I still want to put together these three films sometime that MovieLens once put at the top of my recommendations, in this order: Est-Ouest, East is East, and Buster Keaton's Go West.
