I sometimes get that too. Although in my case, it's intercostal
musclar pain. (The muscles in between your individual ribs) It's nothing at all serious and
it goes away usually.

And this morning I found this thing on my right arm.
Apparently I don't have enough things to worry about so I have a Mystery Thing on my skin now, only a month after I've bene to the dermatologist.
