unbibiumJason Mewes has played Jay (of "and Silent Bob") in at least six movies. He's played characters named "Jay" in several other works, including the Mega Man cartoon, which, oddly enough, has Chasing Amy in its Recommendations section, which features... guess who. But back to this Mega Man thing...Kevin Smith is in it, too. Yes, it's our favorite drug-dealing duo making a guest appearance in a children's cartoon, episode 3.2, "Caribbean Carnage (unreleasde)."
Unreleased? I smell a fake entry. In fact, I can't find any supporting evidence elsewhere on the Net, no matter how hard I Google. Kind of like that role Matt Stone of South Park fame allegedly had in some cheesy Oz sequel (not even the good one). IMDB says it's four years before even the first Spirit of Christmas.

Date: 2001-08-30 01:15 am (UTC)Speaking of previous comments on J&(SB)*2 (aren't I clever?), I enjoyed it in a dumb way. I did have a problem with the "Hey, I remember that" aspect of the film which seemed to be a little more forced than previous works' references to previous works. It almost felt like a movie remake of a sitcom (such as "Brady Bunch" or "Flinstones"), but without the necessary official 15+ year nostalgia fermentation time.
