That episode doesn't strike a chord with me, maybe because the MAD Magazine Building is just a fictional structure. Has the parking ticket episode been re-aired lately?
I'm tracking this episode because it seems our local Simpsons rerunner is running a very short queue of episodes. Every time they air an episode I keep thinking I've seen that episode in the last month.
