I've spent the afternoon alternating between watching Saving Private Ryan, and watching Atari 8-bit demos.

The thing about Atari demos is that most of them have all the text in Polish. A lot of them are just a still picture that was somehow ported from a 16-bit machine with some boring hard-to-read scrolltest. And after Asskicker was released around 1996, every demo copies one effect or another from it. And, you'd be surprised how often you hear Rob Hubbard songs. Way more often than on C64 demos.

I am demoed out.
