I've had the oppertunaty to work woth three foreign language versions of Windows. Japanese language version windows 2000, Some Asian varient of Windows Me, and Hebrew enabled Win98. The hebrew system was the easiest one to work with, as it's language settings were not perfect, and most of the stuff was displayed in English. The Japanese one was moderatly easy, as I had two gentlemen translating into (broken) english for me, and the third one we really did not get anywhere with.
