OK, looks like I'll get more people the following Saturday, so I am officially postponing the moving party until April 27.

April 20, I and whoever I can gather for the preliminaries, will move some bare essentials:

• the bed
• the computer and computer desk
• some cooking utilities and plates
• some toiletries
• if possible, a television and VCR.
• a sparse supply of spare furniture, including the inflatable chair and perhaps a card table.
• Perhaps a handful of boxes which will remain unpacked until I decide to cement myself in place.

If I decide to switch apartments, it will probably take longer for me to switch the electricity and cable over, than it would for you guys to move that much stuff across the complex. And it's really no more work than if we'd done the whole move in one day. And if I decide to keep the apartment, nobody has to move a bed or computer desk.

If you wish to help with the pre-move as well, send me an e-mail. But if it's a choice between showing up this Saturday or next Saturday, I'll take you next Saturday.
