So I have another night in Berlin but they made me move all my stuff to another room. And then made both of my roommates move to the same room. And made this woman we were talking to last night move two floors up. What the hell?

This woman, by the way, was just FASCINATED with Esperanto. Even let me teach her some.

I, she, and my English roommate are meeting somewhere at Friedrichstraße at 3pm to hang out.

And this morning I went back to East Berlin and saw the Berliner Dom. I climbed so much stairs it is all over you screen, saw Berlin from the dome, and then climbed back down all those stairs.

And it`s a good thing too, because since I arrived in Germany, I have been drinking Coke and eating candy and pastry like the carbohydrate addict I was in Phoenix. I suppose it`s because back in France I could buy fruit and bread and cheese from street vendors almost anywhere and make a complete meal, but in Amsterdam and Germany, the chain restaurant situation seems just as bad as in Phoenix. Today I had a kebab with garlic sauce, so I gotta have some Mentos to cancel that out.

More reports as they come in.

Perhaps some facination with you as well?

" the chain restaurant situation seems just as bad as in Phoenix."

If you're going to go to chain restaurants, you may as well go to ones they don't have in the states. In Germany and Austria I ate a couple of times at a "Weinerwald", which seemed to be oriented mostly towards chicken dishes, was about Denny's price range but seemed better quality food.
