things get serious

i had a bit of an episode Sunday night. long story short, I think I need to delete my Facebook account for real, just for my survival.

in lighter news I tried to make a meatball sub out of a hot dog bun and some frozen meatballs, and some Swiss kraft singles, and some spaghetti sauce that's still open in my fridge. it was awful; the hot dog bun is too small.. and I might have to oven-bake the whole thing instead of microwaving the sauce and meatballs and toasting the bread and cheese. But the worst part was the bread; despite me toasting it it still had the consistency of raw dough.

i need to delete facebook. Maybe even reddit?

but... my brain keeps reminding me

• dreamwidth? nobody cares enough about you to follow you here. your last 10 posts got zero comments. you'll be all alone forever.

where do I get the strength?
