nagging voice is telling me to go to tempe arts festival now.

The primary driving force is to pretend I'm not depressed in the hopes that I'll magically become not depressed in the process.

but I really just want a nap now. and a cookie.

what I did this week:

Sunday: felt immobile, stayed in
Monday: Lost Boobs Hash #4X was starting at Duke's this week so I went because I hadn't gone in a few weeks.
Tuesday: Dinner at IKEA with tamtrible, bought new slipcovers for the couch, and in a month she'll help me dye my old ones and staple velcro to them.
Wednesday: I don't remember but I missed Mythbusters so I must have been out? Or did I just lose that time?
Thursday: Skeptics in the Pub met at Sleepy Dog, and I had a great time there. Then I bounced to Casey Moore's to meet with some redditors. One of them has my gloves.
Friday in progress. I think I'll stay in.

things I need to do outside though, include:
* get my MacBook appraised for a trade-in, maybe for an Air or an iPad.
* go to my bank to see if I can afford a loan
* go to my credit union to see if I can get a loan without having to use a bank
* go to Tempe Arts Festival to see if that glassworker can sell me another Pigasus to replace the one I lost in the move.
* see In Time

things I need to do inside:
* keep a DAILY journal of whatever I'm doing. I used to have a Reddit calendar that I would sporadically fill in days with uvotes and downvotes...
* cognitive-behavior therapy exercises.
* guitar practice; that used to be a lot of fun.
