When they replace a window in this complex, they do not replace the little fake windowpane outlines that are attached to the surface. That must be why there are so many windows in the complex that appear mismatched. I wonder how so many of them were broken or otherwise replaced over the span of less than twenty years.
I also wonder why fake windowpane outlines were put in in the first place. They looked real, but they didn't stand up to the rock.
