Phone Post: Missed my flight

I'm sitting in the cocktail bar at Sea-Tac with a 20-ounce Sam Adams and a laptop hooked up to their WiFi.

I couldn't even make the reception.

I must confess, it's my fault for getting breakfast before going through all the security checkpoints. Because I got to the front of the check-in line just moments too late.

Fortunately, it didn't cost me anything to switch my flight to go back to Phoenix. So I'll have an extra day to relax at home. And two hours at the airport to organize my photos and attempt to chat.

Buying last-minute tickets flagged me for extra screening. I hope that means just for today.

I hope everyone at the littledevi and dangle wedding have fun.

And one of my friends is having a party in town, so I can go to that instead. Hooray!
