The new
Blinkenlights Arcade in Paris is a 20-story building with its lights wired up to act as a giant computer display, on which can be displayed many animations. But what's even cooler is that people can call the computer with their cell phones and play Tetris, Pong, or Pac-Man.
Unfortunately, when people call in to play, it interrupts whatever animation might be in progress. Truth be told, I want to see the animations, not some idiot playing Tetris for 3 minutes and getting bored after laboriously scoring two lines.
But then again, if I were in the area and had a cell phone, I just know I'd call in to try just one game.
Oh well. Maybe next time they'll have Game Night and then Animation Night.
