As to the elephants, I know I've seen them at Michaels, and you might be able to find them at Wal-Mart/Target/anywhere with a decent toy selection.

If you want to do it without damaging him? Maybe you could stick the elephants on with electrical tape or something. Or, if the elephants won't stick properly to electrical tape, attach them to some paper or whatever, and stick *that* to him with electrical tape.
