Anyone else getting spam where the subject line is dirty, but the
message text is clean, and even has a clean-looking URL that looks
like it's about banking or recipes or something?

haven't noticed that but some pharm spam is slipping through at gmail nowadays, mostly carefully crafted letter substitution

I must admit I delete such spam on site. It's funny, though.
