Did anyone else hear the "Johnny Fucker Faster" joke in grade school?

I thought it was just something that was made up by the kid who told it to me, because it was too stupid to have become oral tradition. But then I heard that Penn Jillette had heard it growing up, as he cited it as an example of a joke having a contrived setup.

But, this is Penn, co-producer of The Aristocrats, of course he knows it. But do any of you know it? And do you remember any part of it besides the punchline?

And who can guess the punchline without any additional information?

I remember it being Johnny Deeper, but that's all I remember.

That's at least plausible.

When you have to explain during the setup that they have to just believe that a kid's name has a swear word in it, that's the kind of joke where hearing it becomes a stupidity milestone in a kid's life. I can remember the time of day and where exactly in the apartment complex we were hanging out.

Haha. I don't remember anything like that, but I do remember the friend who told me most of them, so it's safe to assume I heard most of them while staying over at his house.

I don't remember any jokes from my own childhood, but Life in Hell has a kid telling one with the lady jumping out of the shower to chase after her dog, conveniently named "Freeshow"

Most kids don't care. You're saying a swear word! That right there is kid comedy gold.

I wonder how those jokes from grade school get passed on. Are there adults telling them to kids? Are there secret books somewhere?

...especially since kids from different grade levels NEVER talk to each other on the playground? And people don't have older brothers?

Is the punchline "I hardly know 'er"?

Th version I hear actually only used Johnny Fucker Faster's name as the pre-punchline punchline. The actual punchline was based on his partner's name, Mary Pea.

Will you be watching Penn on Dancing with the Stars this season?

and Adam Carolla.

I know they're there to expand the show's audience, but how are two manly men like that going to make it worth my while to watch that show?

I remember the joke... heard it around the time I was eight.

And although I didn't hear the "Johny Deeper" version, I'm aware of it through the Venture Bros. (Hank tells it to an African diplomat in the second season.)
