2. Lots of sports bars. If there's some kind of Big Game going on, I can go there and pretend I know the rules.
3. A fucking LAKE. That's right, bitches. You thought me having an apartment next to South Mountain was cool? This one's got a god damn lake right on the complex, behind a gate that I'm getting the key to.
4. Kiwanis Park. And there's another lake there, too.
5. A car dealership with lots of garish inflated mascots. Today there was a tent, which must mean it's Bubsotathon or something.
6. Whole Foods. I can try a new cheese every week.
7. Yoga and tai chi classes, right next to the Starbucks outside the Whole Foods.
