JET program
Nov. 13th, 2002 02:05 pmThis is something you THEMbers might know about.
The deadline for applying to the JET program is coming up very soon and I've got to decide whether I want to turn in my application for the 2003/04 school year.
There are two things I'd like to consider: first, as someone with no experience in the teaching side of education, will my foreign language skills be enough to qualify me? and second, will the hardships I face be generally at least more character-building and rewarding, and less draining on the soul, than the Office Space job I've got now?
