unbibiumI thought I knew tacos because I went to Taco Bell. But I've started ordering them at restaurants and bars lately, and I'm becoming more impressed with them all the time. They come with dipping sauces, and every restaurant seems to do its own little unique thing with them. They're really excellent.
They have Tempe Tacos at Timberwolves that I particularly liked. And the fish tacos I had at Tijuana Country Club tonight were pretty good though I didn't care for the tortilla chips that came with it. I mean, the tacos have a tortilla shell; you'd think the side would want to contrast with that just a little bit.
