I found an old VHS tape I'd been collecting random odds and ends on.  It included some old Screen Savers episodes, and it occurs to me that maybe Alex Abrecht doesn't really suck all that much.  On the Screen Savers, he wasn't just sitting there with a laptop arguing with Kevin and failing to read Digg stories.  He was demonstrating hoverboards and alcohol stills and getting Kevin to make a bat-boy face for all the Photoshop fans.

I record the randomest stuff, though. Sonoran Living?

It was a tape I'd left at a friend's house and re-retrieved, actually.

I seem to be running a streak of bad luck.  I'm forgetting things, I'm getting sick and injured often, I'm getting sloppy at work, and I've had a few near misses while riding my bike recently.

Random chance can't explain all of it.  Somehow I've become careless about my life, but not in a good way.
