I just caught myself playing with my hair, and stopped, even though nobody was looking.

go me.

now, I do feel the urge to check that I haven't left my hair sticking up, but if I reached up and touched my hair again, I'd start going at it again. So I'll just go to bed like this. The pillow will take care of it. Otherwise, the shower will.
