Free money to buy CRAP!

Hey, it turns out that my apartment complex gives me credits towards the purchase of a new home.

Of course, I'd have to buy it from one of three builders. One of which is KB Homes, which makes me suspect the other two.

I don't think want to build my house. It'll be made out of cardboard, and it probably won't be by any public transit routes.

Acourse, I don't really even want to set my roots down in Phoenix. There's always that dream of packing up and moving further from the equator.
