"EZ Talk" for Game Boy Advance, a Japanese game in which your job is to follow basic spoken instructions in English, or at least as far as I've played it. There are six versions up on this Russian site, and I played the first one for about two minutes, long enough to get dressed, brush my teeth and wash my face.

Compare this with the only English game designed to teach Japanese that I'm aware of, LRNJ, the first two minutes of which involved some weird battle system where I'm supposed to type in how kana are pronounced in order to defeat abstract monsters of some kind.
