I just saw an old episode of Sightings on the sci-fi channel.

The host mentioned that the alien autopsy footage is co-owned by people who are supposed to get royalty money whenever it's aired. But, if it's authentic, then that means it's a government record and therefore cannot be copyrighted. So, taking them at their word, they paid no one for the privelege of airing the film.

I love it when a hoax bites itself in the ass.
