Probably just a spasm, or something. I don't know. But it'll be gone soon, since I caught it early.

one is a muscle relaxant, the other is a mild anti-inflammatory pain reliever...i would consider getting some ginger ale-the first one might make you a little shaky....and both together might make you a little loopy...so just be careful...:)
