Next time,

slice one of the limes thin and save one breast fillet (or I suppose you could fillet a couple thighs easily enough) for the Foreman grill. Lime cilantro chicken is the absolute best use for it I've found. It's done when the lime is completely black and dried out. Also chicken breast with crushed peanuts, sesame seed, dried ginger, and soy sauce.
