Somebody with a very German name mailed me with this eBay question-to-seller:

Hello! Would you allow me to make a bid on your Conic? If I would win, I would send you the money in a registered letter. I did it several times this way with USa and it works very good.

I don't see a problem, but I'd like to make sure this isn't some scam artist preying on new accounts to get free stuff.
